An Experienced Ex-Prosecutor
I have 25 years of experience in both state and federal court and practice predominantly in the area of criminal defense (including traffic). A 1989 Graduate of the University Of Denver College Of Law, I have worked for several years as a prosecutor and then a criminal defense attorney, handling cases ranging from misdemeanors to capital murder.
Defense in State or Federal Court
My Criminal Defense Scope of practice includes State and Federal cases including, but not limited to, possession or sale of drugs, assault and domestic violence, sexual assault, white-collar cases, and fraud. I also handle DUI and traffic cases in county and municipal courts.

I am here to aggressively protect and defend your constitutional rights. As an experienced attorney, I am prepared to go to trial or resolve the matter through negotiations with the state or government. I am dedicated to helping people accused of crimes in State or Federal court.
