An Experienced Ex-Prosecutor
I have 25 years of experience in both state and federal court and practice predominantly in the area of criminal defense (including traffic). A 1989 Graduate of the University Of Denver College Of Law, I have worked for several years as a prosecutor and then a criminal defense attorney handling cases ranging from misdemeanors to capital murder.
Defense in State or Federal Court
My Criminal Defense Scope of practice includes: State and Federal cases including, but not limited to, possession or sale of drugs, assault and domestic violence, sexual assault, white-collar cases, and fraud. I also handle DUI and traffic cases in county and municipal courts.

I am here to aggressively protect and defend your constitutional rights. As an experienced attorney, I am prepared to go to trial or resolve the matter through negotiations with the state or government.
